Look at this! By Cameron

Look at our new friends. Haven't they changed? (Especially the big one!) Neither one is named yet so get voting.

Look at it's position, it's about to turn into a chrysalis! That means it's going to be a butterfly, and it has only been here for two and a half days! They are monarch caterpillars, so this means they will become monarch butterflies. They are black, yellow and white striped.
Please vote on the side of the page to help us decide the names of the caterpillars.

    1. Nice work G4 - that's a great photo - did you realise that the colours are the same as the Phoneix football team? (Black, yellow & white).

  3. Where did you get the caterpillars from?
Amber found a chrysalis in her shed before Christmas. We have been looking after it in our classroom, but because it is winter in Scotland & very cold, nothing is happening to it at the moment. We hope that it will start to change and grow when it starts to get warmer. Do you have any tips for us?
