Well, me and Antony go to after-school chess classes with the instructor 'Scott Wastney' There was an inter-school chess shield tournament which Scott was hosting at Khandallah School. We went along with 5 other kids from Eastern Hutt School (Jin, Sam, Michael, Jason, Sophie and both of us). The chess tournament was a very hard competition with 6 other schools. Even though it was a little hard, we still tried our best, and came fourth/third. We all were very proud to wear the School Uniform and represent our school!!!!! It was very fun to play and when you won you got into a frenzy!
Kia ora, welcome! This is Room G4's blog where we upload our work so that we can share our ideas, learning and progress with a wider audience. The purpose of this blog is to encourage parents and children to discuss and reflect on the learning that is occurring at school. There are also activities and games that the children can interact with that will enhance the learning that is taking place in the classroom. Feel free to post positive comments on this page and encourage others to do the same.
Whats a frenzy?
